Krav Maga Pro

Sobre Krav Maga Pro

Krav Maga is the official martial art and reality-based, self-defense and defensive tactics system of the Israeli Defense Forces. Their soldiers are men and women aged 18 to 51, so their fighting system focuses on techniques that are:

1) Based on instinctive movements, so they are easy to learn and easy to remember under stress 2) Not dependent on size, strength, or special physical ability, so Krav Maga techniques can be used effectively by men and women of all ages

Krav Maga as a martial art is designed for short-term training. The assumption built into Krav Maga is that people will not have time to become career martial artists.

Krav Maga Alliance is composed of Krav Maga schools, instructors, and students dedicated to improving themselves and each other through realistic training and the continuous exchange of ideas. We have affiliates all over the world, from Australia to Italy. Krav Maga Alliance is headed up by John Whitman, 5th degree black belt, author of best-selling Krav Maga books, and recently named in Black Belt magazine as one of the seven martial artists “defining the new standard for the 21st century.”

Krav Maga Pro allows you to stay up-to-date on the latest Krav Maga news, and events and can help locate a school nearby. The best feature of Krav Maga Pro is the training videos that are included, which can teach you all the techniques in Level 1, and allow you to track your progress through the system.
